Frequently Asked Questions

Creating your first project is simple:

  1. Log in to your Inspace account
  2. Navigate to the Projects section
  3. Click "Create New Project"
  4. Fill in your project details (name, address, description)
  5. Start adding spaces and configuring furniture

Each project can contain multiple spaces, and each space can have multiple furniture items.

Email verification is required to access all features:

  1. Check your email inbox for a verification message from Inspace
  2. Click the verification link in the email
  3. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder
  4. You can request a new verification email from your account page

Once verified, you'll have full access to create projects, configure items, and submit offers.

The 3D configurator allows you to customize furniture in real-time:

  • Browse Products: Select from our catalogue of furniture items
  • Customize: Change materials, colors, dimensions, and features
  • Visualize: See your customizations in 3D
  • Save: Add configured items to your project spaces
  • Modify: Return to edit any saved configuration later

All configured items are saved with their specific customizations and can be included in offers.

The procurement process follows these steps:

  1. Create Offer: Select configured items from your projects
  2. Submit: Send the offer request to our team
  3. Review: Our team reviews and provides pricing
  4. Accept: Review the received offer and accept if satisfied
  5. Order: Accepted offers automatically become orders
  6. Track: Monitor order status from production to delivery

  • Try refreshing the page and logging in again
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Check our services status page for any known issues
  • Try using a different browser or device
  • Contact our support team with specific error details
